The design of the Premier Power Welder has offered battery charging, welding, and 115 Volt dc power source capabilities for over 30 years! With a Premier high frequency, 100% duty cycle welder, you can ARC Weld; MIG Weld; and TIG Weld JUST ABOVE IDLE.
The unit is also capable of running power equipment such as grinders, drills, saws and incandescent lighting just to name a few. Our unit maintains and charges your vehicle, equipment batteries and electrical systems.
Systems are available from 160-200 amps High Frequency, High Output. We can also make you high frequency, high output charging system to run your heavy electrical needs and expand into a welding system later if you find the need.
Our new redesigned welding control box is now slimmed down, more compact, and more robust than ever before! With its new smaller size, we have also incorporated a four stud stiffer mounting system that makes it easier to mount and fit in the newest vehicles. We have even revised the welding control box to make it simpler to use by reducing the number of switches required to operate. We can also make extended length harnesses, so you can mount the welder anywhere in your vehicle.
